When is the race?
The race is on May 12, 2012. Start time is 8:30 am, on-site registration and packet pickup begins at 7:30 am.
Can I volunteer for the race?
We would love additional volunteers! We will need help on race day passing out water and making everything run smoothly. Please contact Tricia through this web site at
http://pdrummey.tap.waterforpeople.org and let her know you would like to volunteer. (You'll need to "Join" the site to contact her using this method.)
Will there be water stops?
Yes, there will be at least one water stop in addition to water at the end of the race. There will also be food at the end of the race.
What is the Team Challenge?
We will have the Team Challenge again this year! Encourage your colleagues, teamates or friends to run the race with you and enter the Team Challenge. Teams should be between 3 and 6 members and the 3 fastest times are added together. The team with the lowest combined time will win the challege and bragging rights for a full year.
What is the course like?
McAlpine is a great course. It is a hard-packed dirt surface with some hills, and the finish is flat around a pond.
Will there be prizes?
There will be prizes for the first three men and first three women.

Where can I pick up my packet?
Packet pickup will be the morning of the race starting at 7:30 am.
